I was working as a direct manager for Mathias Riebe Knutsen from 2014-02-10 until 2014-07-31, and it’s been a true pleasure.
Mathias has been working in the customer service project for our client Bosch Powertools as an advisor against the Norwegian market.
Mathias working duties have included handling incoming phone calls, e-mails and faxes from our retailer-shops and end-users in Norway. The duties include administrating orders, claims and giving technical support and advice on products. Mathias has due to his technical knowledge and understanding also been helpful in training new and existing customer service agents.
